About Linda
For over 30 years, Linda has helped her clients in up markets and down, and has served the needs of both sellers and buyers. Linda started with Marx-Bensdorf, REALTORS in 1968 in Relocation, later co-owning and managing a franchise real estate company for 15 years before returning to Marx-Bensdorf, REALTORS in 1993. Linda has an MBA in Management and Real Estate as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Music. She has completed all the requirements to earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), EcoBroker, and GREEN designations. Linda is professional, soft spoken, and vigorously determined to represent her clients' interests and welfare.
